Got one of these from a previous customer of mine a few months back. Also sent from UK, similar situation. No way she would have sent me a request for help as she screwed me over on a job, and knew it. Her e mail was still in my contacts and must have been compromised. I think the intruder looks for contacts that haven't been used for awhile. Alerted internet provider. Always ask for personal information only your friend would know, and still be suspect.
